Dear fans and casual readers,
Joined a new writing group. I am re-motivated. This isn't easy. Motivation is very hard to come by, even when everything else is there--time, computer, space, etc.
It's been difficult battling loss of energy and motivation. But, I think the key to getting productive is making the effort. If I have something to write for, I will write. Joining a new SFF workgroup means I will have something to write for--beta readers.
So far, I like the group. They seem professional and respectful. That's always good.
I'll keep you updated.

I have been in forever land, writing, editing and dreaming.
Life is hard, I am somewhat lazy, and writing is work.
I sit here and I think about the best way to go about writing. I need to feel in the zone. I need to be alone, not distracted with loose fingers.
Yes, the idea is not enough. I have so many of those, but how to make them work, not dead on concept, but workable, as in a plot and storyline.
I am still trying to put word to paper and put it out there.

The last time I wrote, it was summer. Now it's fall. The days are slow. My writing is slow. I am trying to stay productive, but that's not easy. Been overburden by my life, and it's tough to find time for other things.

It's not a fairytale until Beauty meets the beast. As summer is the best season, but it has its uglies...mosquitoes. I have about six large itchy bites stemming from a barbecue that I attended on Saturday. Days later, I am still in torment. Tomorrow is a big day. #summerloving
